究介绍  Research Interest



课题组主要从事半导体纳米/二维/热电能量转换新材料的设计与合成热电输运、材料热物性、半导体热电器件与应用等方面的研究,包括:

1.     纳米/二维半导体材料热电材料等设计与合成

2.     半导体材料电学与热学物性,热电能量转换性能表征与优化,热电输运;

3.     热电半导体器件与应用,微纳热电转换器件等

My research interest is focused on 2D van der Waals/nano/organic semiconductor materials, thermoelectric materials, micro/nano-scale heat transfer, thermoelectric and thermal transport, thermoelectric/flexible electronic/thermal management applications.
