研究介绍

研究内容:我们研究组利用和开发先进的低温扫描隧道显微镜技术研究低维量子材料和原子尺度量子磁体的新奇物理性质。目前主要的研究方向包括:

1)层状关联电子材料及其异质结体系中量子物态的探测与界面调控;(2)原子尺度自旋动力学;(3)研发新型扫描隧道显微技术。


过去的主要工作及获得的成果:

1过渡金属硫族化合物中量子物态的探测与界面调控:在1T-TaS2材料中发现了界面水驱动的电荷密度波相变动力学过程(Nano Lett 2020, 20, 8854)以及通过插层Pb原子实现了近藤晶格的调控(Nature Commun 2022, 13, 2156);层状超导材料4Hb-TaS2中电子窄带和准二维超导电性的探测(PRL 2021, 126, 256402) Cu插层的1T-TiSe2超导材料中电荷密度波畴壁的表征(PRL 2017, 118, 106405)

2高导电型过渡金属氧化物(PdCoO2PdCrO2)中量子物态的探测:在该类材料的极性解理面上发现了二维的非公度电荷密度波调制(Nano Lett 2022, 22, 5635) 和隐藏的莫特能隙(PRL 2023, 131, 116501)

3层状超导材料中复杂量子物态的研究:在实空间观测到了镍砷基超导材料(Ba1-xSrxNi2As2)中的单轴电荷密度波和复杂结构调制,并揭示了它们与超导电性之间的关联(Nano Lett 2023, 23, 2958);在超导材料(NaAlSi)中观测到了由Andreev隧穿效应引起的强烈空间依赖的超导能隙态(Nano Lett 2024, 24, 8580)

4原子尺度量子磁体自旋激发态的探测与调控:首次在实验上实现了自旋极化针尖对量子磁体自旋动力学的调控(Nature Nanotech 2015, 10, 40);利用原子尺度量子传感结构实现了对反铁磁体自旋态的探测(Science Adv 2017, 3, e1603137);发现了量子磁体中自旋激发诱导的负微分电阻效应(PRL 2017, 119, 217201)测量出了单个磁性原子的自旋激发谱对三维矢量磁场的响应(Nano Lett 2015, 15, 1938)
