Our research directions include the design and synthesis of ordered molecular materials, their interface and growth control, and incorporation into optoelectronic and chemical sensing devices. We are specifically interested in metal-organic frameworks, covalent organic frameworks, and low-dimensional molecular crystals. In device design, we aim to leverage the unique properties of ordered molecular materials to achieve new functions and characteristics.
